ABOUT
The cottage which you are renting at Number 1 White Street, New Quay, Wales is in a superb location just 15 metres from the seafront and a few minutes more to the safe sandy swimming beach where you may even spot a dolphin or two!
The cottage is immediately behind the lifeboat shop on the seafront and the accomodation provides three bedrooms sleeping up to 6 adults with Wifi.
On the first floor, there is also a bathroom with shower over and a separate toilet.
Another WC can be found on the ground floor along with a living/dining room with television and DVD player, a kitchen/breakfast room with a fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, dishwasher and also a dining area.
The adjacent pantry stores all the necessary cooking equipment.
Bedrooms - All bedding and bed linen is provided as is a highchair and cot.
Bedroom 1 - King size double plus one single bed.
Bedroom 2 - Double bed.
Bedroom 3 - 4ft double bed suitable for two children or one adult.
Heating - During spring/Summer rentals, heating is provided by electric fires, fan heaters and oil-filled radiators.
Check in - After 3pm.
Check out - Before 10am.
SORRY NO PETS. - No smoking.
Free on-street parking nearby or a few minutes' walk to a car park which costs £23 per week.
